Picoult is one of my favourite authors. I'm reading one by her now called "The Storyteller" and am hooked. Does anyone else read her books? This one is the 7th by her that I have read.

I've never heard of her, what type of books does she write?

Hmm, that's pretty broad. Most of her books have a sort of underlying romance theme, some stronger than others. But she sort of writes about a huge range of things. A lot of her books have big courtroom battles in them. And no one rights courtroom/law drama the way she does.
Some of the things she's written about, just from the books I've read include:
Autism, homosexuality vs the Church, WW2, rape, school shootings, and well, just a huge range of things. Far too big to list them all. I've enjoyed every book I've ever read of hers.

So does she write sort of like criminal/mystery/romance type novels?

Yeah sort of. It's hard to sort of narrow it down. The one way I could put it is that she writes really great character pieces. Most of which centre on family in some way. Each one is on such different themes though. It's so broad haha. You should read one of her books one day. She's got about 20 now.

I'll try to pick one up soon. I love all types of books. I even read Twilight back in the day

Haha, I also read Twilight back in the day. I don't regret reading it, but I also don't think they are good books. I read it mostly so I could read some of the surprisingly well-written fanfiction based off it.
