sorry. I know what it's like to really want a game but not having the money to get it as well as live so to speak. I went 2 years without a job after high school and had to save for a month plus just to buy one game. needless to say when I finally got a job I went on a game buying binge that saw me penniless for about a year. luckily that has finally calmed down a bit and I'm not really looking forward to too many games for the rest of this year except a few random ones like sports games and whatnot.

I have a few of those. I still have to play Crysis 2 and 3. and I have to beat Metro Last Light. actually I still have to beat Oblivion and Skyrim too. And Farcry 3 and Tomb Raider. and the first 2 Mass Effects and Dragon Age Origins. Hell I still have a lot of games I have to beat. I never can stick to one game for the whole way. I get bored after a month or so and go to something else for a while. hopefully I will be able to cross a few more games off my 'still have to beat' list this year.
I actually have way too many games. I'm trying to go a long time without buying any new ones since I already have so many, and most of them are unplayed haha. My backlog is insane.
I must have learned this off you because I've been having the same problem for the last couple of years. I have at least six or seven games that I need to play and/or finish. All this before Mario Kart 8 comes out at the end of the month. I'll never do it. Gah!
Still I'll be glad I own a Wii U when that comes out. It's looking like a pretty sweet game, and I'll be able to continue playing it on the GamePad screen while wifey watches her televisual stories! Mwah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

I had a Wii once as well, but it broke after a while too, it's stopped being able to read discs which was really annoying. We didn't even have it that long. Wii U looks pretty good though, I'm hoping if I get one it will last longer than my Wii.

We have PCs and a Wii. The only games I like on the Wii are the sports game (ARCHERY!!! Yeah!) and Dance Dance Revolution with the mat-thing that sits on the floor. My son is amazing at DDR. I can handle the level 6 and 7 songs but he can do the level 9 ones. OMG...my brain just does not process information that fast!
