Actually, that's an idea. I could always check the Nintendo eShop I suppose. Thanks for putting that thought into my head!

Oh, you can bet I will. When I love something, I won't stop boring everyone to tears about how marvelous I think that thing is! Ha ha.

There's no shame in that, hahaha. Many of us are guilty of that I think.

The last game I bought was The World Ends with You for the DS. I played it a while ago and loved it. However I had to return it to it's original owner...so I bought it myself a few weeks ago because i saw it in the store for the first time ever and could not resist. Before that it was Rhythm Heaven Fever for the Wii...which I cannot even play because my brother lost my Wii remote...-screech- Never heard of it. It's hard to buy a lot of DS games here, and too expensive most of the time which sucks. It's why I've only played 2 games on my 3DS. Here in Australia games are cheaper on every single console than on Nintendo consoles.

Lucky! I have PS3, Xbox 360, PC and PS Vita as well as 3DS. And games are cheaper on every other console, but they are so expensive for 3DS. I only use my 3DS to play Pokemon.

I am not a pokemon fan really...and i do not yet have a 3DS..hahaha I have a PS3, PC, PSP, PSvita, Wii U, and a DSi...as well as some older systems. Usually PlayStation games cost the most for me. But some DS games can be pricey.

The problem here is that 3DS/DS games, or the good ones anyway never go down in price. A DS game can be out for 9 years and still be $70. When as games on PS3, 360 etc are expensive when they first come out, but the price drops within the first 3 months, and within the first year most games are really cheap. The only games who's price never seems to drop are Nintendo ones.

I've often wondered why the prices on Nintendo games never seem to drop much if at all. It's very frustrating. I wanted to get Super Mario 64 on the DS but it never came down in price. It's now long out of print and I can't even find a copy second hand... and all because they wouldn't bring the price down. Guh.

I wanted to buy Mario Kart 7, which is a 9 year old DS game, not even a 3DS game. Despite the fact that it's for an older console AND 9 years old it's still $70, which is the same price as the newer 3DS Mario Kart game. It's beyond ridiculous. You can get all the biggest PS3 and 360 games for about $20-$30 once they have been on the market over a year. These prices alone are the reason why Nintendo is my least played of all the games.

Man that is insane! Mario Kart 7 is like 30 bucks here, new. And less obviously if you get it used.

It's $70 preowned here. I forgot to mention that. That's it's preowned price! And it's 9 flipping years old. I hate Nintendo sometimes.

I have to wonder if Nintendo is forcing the retailers to sell stuff at a certain price point or not. They wouldn't have that kind of clout would they? I don't really understand how these things work.
Speaking of Nintendo and karting games, my next purchase is going to be Mario Kart 8 on May 31. I am so pumped for this!
