How far into it are you? I LOVED the opening. Also $30 is almost expensive for a Sony game. You have to remember Nintendo are more expensive than all other companies. You can usually get Sony, Microsoft and PC games super cheap. I hardly ever pay $30 or more for games.

Well, considering that The Last of Us is still fairly new and selling for in excess of $70, then I say $30 is a bargain! (Oh, and there's an update on how far I am into the game in "The Last of Us" thread that you kindly bumped for me.)

Yeah usually when a PS3 or 360 game has been out for more than 3-4 months you can buy them for $30 or under preowned, they only stay expensive when they are the new ones, but I usually buy preowned which is cheap. Nintendo are the only ones who's prices don't go down when preowned.

It'll be interesting to see what you make of that, Crouton.

Last game I bought was starbound for a friend; last game I bought for me? I think it was Laura Croft Tomb raider one; the keys where throwing me off so I have not yet had time to learn it and play it.

I just got The Blackwell Legacy on steam, saw some of it on a stream. Hype that point and click resurrection.

Hopefully, I usually like Mario games. Did you play this one? I did, and it was a lot of fun. The gameplay is in bite sized pieces too, so you can choose how much or how little you want to play in one sitting.

That's good, with my hand and wrist problems I need things I can play in small bursts. Long gaming sessions are almost out of the question completely for me now.

Despite having too many games (oh right, you can never have too many games!) I bought three games this week - Rage (because I thought you could play the campaign in splitscreen co-op, which you can't), Bioshock (the first one - I've played it once, but still want to complete it by collecting the rest of the achievements), and Telltale Games' The Walking Dead (GOTY edition, because I haven't played that last DLC yet).
