As long as it doesn't get too crazy (i.e. tornado) I love thunderstorms with all the lightning and whatnot. there was actually one that came through here earlier and some of the lightning strikes were so cool. what about you?

Yes, I love storms! Whenever there is a storm I'm glued to the windows and I can stare at it for hours just watching the lightning.

Yup! I love watching storms too! we get some pretty epic storms here...winter and summer. The coolest one I ever saw was a winter thunderstorm. "Thundersnow" is really rare but...wow! What a cool storm that was!

I think we had a bit of thundersnow here a couple years ago. I don't remember.

I've only ever seen one "thundersnow" event and OMG...I've never seen anything like it, before or since. Imagine so much snow coming down that all you can see is stark white with white stuff swirling around just in front of you, cut that through with lightning, thunder and high winds. T'was pretty impressive, I must say!

I wouldn't want to be out far from my house in something like that though. plus if that were to happen I would be glaring out my window cause I'd have to shovel all of it from the driveway.

I want a thundersnow but I don't think we get things like that here.

I can only agree with you guys - I love watching thunderstorms, as long as I'm not outside I want a thundersnow but I don't think we get things like that here. Where do you live? D:

yea being stuck out in a storm is terrible. it happens to me way too much cause I walk to work. that's why my mom got me a rain jacket for my birthday last year.

No chance of me getting something like that here, I get no snow where I live.

I live in the Midwest of the US, there actually might have been some thundersnow that I didn't witness or remember. In normal years it doesn't snow altogether much or deeply here.
But more on topic, yeah lightning can be crazy. I like when the thunder goes over a range of noises, sometimes it is BOOM, sometimes it's like everything is silent for a second and then a huge shattering crash, and other times it's more like crackling.

The huge, shattering crashes that shake the whole house are awesome.

They really really can be, I agree.
I only don't like the really loud ones when I'm trying to sleep.
Rumbles are cool then.

yea when I'm trying to go to sleep I could do without the really loud cracks but I love lying in bed watching the lightning flash.
