Basically, do you enjoy shopping? Any type of shopping.
For me it depends, I enjoy grocery shopping, and shopping for fun things like DVD's and games, but clothes shopping is mixed for me. I enjoy clothes shopping when I am on my own, but I enjoy it less when with people, especially my Mum and sister at the same time. Although I do enjoy it when it's just my Mum.

I dislike buying food. But it's just because food gets eaten and then it's gone.
Clothes I enjoy buying. If I don't feel fat.

I dislike shopping for clothes a lot. It happens so often that when I see something I like, it a) is not available in my size, or b) looks horrible as soon as I try it on. I enjoy grocery shopping only when I know what to buy, and when I'm not overloaded by the items I'm buying. As I don't have a car, I always have to be careful about how much I buy (much referring to weight, not cost). What I do love, however, is shopping for games or books. I could spend hours doing so!

I hate clothes shopping. Like Firiath, it's often not available in my size or looks awful as soon as I try it on. It's worse when I'm with people because then they tell me everything looks good on me when I know it's a blatant lie, and they just want to hurry things up and leave. I hate grocery shopping because of all the parents who try to run over you with prams as well as the older folks who try to ram you with shopping trolleys. And then there are the egocentric morons who stand in the middle of the aisle like they're the only ones who exist in the whole shopping centre. They get all huffy when you say a pleasant, "Excuse me." And grocery shopping is just frightfully boring anyway. I do love shopping for games or books or music though. I enjoy that very much. I'll often window shop even without the intent of buying.

I find that change rooms in shopping areas are always way too hot. I get uncomfortable and sweaty while trying on clothes. It's the worst part of clothes shopping.

That and the fact that there are often huge gaps between the sides of the doors and the walls they're attached to. I really don't want an audience while I'm trying stuff on. Guh.

Or they are just curtains that never actually seem to sit properly and don't go all the way across to the end.

I hate clothes shopping. usually I just grab what I need and go. grocery shopping is the same way.
I have been known to spend hours at a game store just browsing and if there were still cd stores where I live I would do the same. usually with books I just go in and grab what I'm looking for if they have it.

I spend WAY too much time in game and book stores haha. I go even when there are no new games out and I've already looked at everything 100 times before.

For the most part I despise shopping. I don't mind looking for clothes if the store isn't crowded but I rarely find stuff I like there anyway. I have somewhat eccentric taste in "nice" clothing so the stuff I buy in the store is usually pretty basic: tank tops, t-shirts, jeans, shorts, socks etc. If I want anything special these days I almost always make it myself. Groceries are boooring to shop for but like many of the rest of you, I can get lost in bookstores. I also get lost in garden centres and sometimes in those stores that sell little kitchen gadgets like fancy teas and garlic presses and stuff. I don't spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen so I'm not really sure why I like those shops. I guess it's because they have so many bins of interesting little things to paw through and they're never crowded.

I used to go to my local game store so much that one of the guys there remembered me, and we used to have playful arguments about whether PS3 or 360 was better everytime I went haha.

as long as the arguments were playful. no need to bring the console war down on everyone. if I would have had the money I would've had both as well as a Nintendo. oh well.
