Would you see one? Do you want them to make one? Who would be a good WW?

They rumoured they might make a Wonder Woman films after Batman vs. Superman. And if someone is going to play her then it will likely be Gal Gadot, who has been cast as Wonder Woman. Not sure who I would like as Wonder Woman myself. I thought maybe the one playing Sif in Thor might make a good Wonder Woman.

Miracle Laurie or Christina Hendricks for me. They can both act, and they have the physicality that I feel Wonder Woman would have. And, yes, I would most certainly see a Wonder Woman film. Such a film is long overdue as far as I'm concerned.

I absolutely agree with Taliesin! It's about time! But then again, if they messed the film up that would come close to the end of the world. I've never been a huge fan (as in, read all the comic books, know all the trivia) of any superhero, but ever since seeing the Wonder Woman TV show as a kid this character has fascinated me. I couldn't say who would be a good Wonder Woman, though, and I usually like to see new faces in roles like this. (I didn't know Henry Cavill prior to Man of Steel, and damn, he's a great Superman.)

That is a good point. Usually when I speculate about such things, I try to think of actors I already know of, but really there are so many out there that I don't that might be equally suitable for the role. Henry Cavill is an excellent example of that, and now I can't think of a better choice for Superman! The same could happen again for Wonder Woman. Having said that, I'm not convinced that Gal Gadot is a good choice for Wonder Woman in the upcoming Bat vs Supes film. Perhaps I'll be more convinced once I see the final thing.

I really like Lucy Lawless. Or maybe it's just the fact that she already played Xena which makes me think she would be a good Wonder Woman.

Somehow I don't think they'll choose her though, as they wouldn't want her having been Xena confusing people into not realising she's really playing Wonder Woman. The movie going public can be unbelievably stupid at times.

Physically, I think Lucy Lawless would make an awesome Wonder Woman. Where is Shogun? He's the guru on these superhero things!

Wouldn't Lucy Lawless a bit old by now? I'm not sure if I'm fit to judge who would be good as Wonder Woman. I never really read her comics. I was never really such a DC guy, even though I did like Superman and Batman movies, except the Michael Shumacher ones.

She still looks pretty youthful. I watch Parks and Rec and she is currently in that. But I guess it depends on the age that they portray WW as in the film.

Personally I'm not thrilled with Gal Gadot being cast as Wonder Woman. I'm not familiar with her acting chops(maybe she's great, I really don't know) but to be frank the woman doesn't look like she could throw a punch even with super powers. Sure she'll probably put on some muscle for the role but her frame is way small for this imho. Lucy Lawless would be a great choice but she's definitely out of the age range they're looking for. Cavill's superman is relatively young whereas Afflek was chosen partly because he's so much older than the rest of the cast and they wanted Batman to be more grizzled and experienced. If this were a few years ago I'd say Kate Beckinsale but I think she's out of the age bracket they wanted too.
I'd be interested in a Wonder Woman film just to see how they'd do it, but the way WB has been swinging things lately I think a TV show is more likely(although her last one of those also died in preproduction so who knows).
As it stands we'll see what happens with WW after the Justice League movie, who knows maybe this will be the push she needs. It can't be worse than the Green Lantern movie.

Hmmm, what about Jessica Biel. She's a bit like a younger Kate Beckinsale.

I could live with Biel. I've only seen a few of her movies but she managed to be a believable fighter in some actioners.

I think Kaytee Sackhoff could pull off the role too. She was awesome in Battlestar Galactica.

I did like her in Battlestar. She definitely has the persona for it I think.
