Rules
Try to keep the guilds as spamless as possible. We do have a spam section. Spam will be removed from the guilds, and if your guild proves to be a spamfest, it will be removed as well.
No posting in a guild if you are not a member. Each guild will have an open thread where you can request to join, and if you are caught posting in a guild that you do not belong in, you will receive a warning. If you are caught doing it again, you will receive a temporary ban from the site.
No explicit NSFW or adult content is allowed in the guilds. We (currently) have a sitewide NSFW section for more adult appropriate conversations. If you are caught posting NSFW material in your guilds, depending on the severity, you will receive a warning. If caught again you will be kicked from the guild and temporarily banned from the site.
Starting a guild
If you want to start a guild, you need to present your guild in a thread. The thread title should look like this:
[New Guild] Guild of Elves
Inside the thread, you need to include a list of members who are joining, with a minimum number of 5 members.
State your guild's purpose. It should read something along the lines of "The Elves of T3L wish to form an alliance." It can be more detailed if you wish, just have fun with it because guilds are fun .
Once you have been approved by a moderator to start your guild, you will be required to select a leader. That leader will then be given mod privileges over the guild board, but they will still answer to the guild sections mod and the site administrator.
Let the guild section moderator know the boards that you want included in your guild section. Some may only want one board for the whole guild, and that's okay too. But if you're going to want a whole new layout with different "lands" (i.e. tournament grounds, arena, library, forests, town, etc) we need to know so we can add them in for you.
Any issues within the guild caused by members should be immediately reported to the guilds mod if they are unable to be dealt with internally.
Once all of the set up is completed, you're ready to commune in your guilds!
I'm always open to suggestions as well, so please give them if you have them.
Have fun!
