It definitely is! Just started watching again with my partner and it'll be interesting to see the bits I missed when I was younger. Like Locke playing Backgammon on the beach. SPOILER::Like legit he knows whats going on lol, what if he's been Not-Locke the entire show?

So did I!
Do you have a favorite character yet? I have a bunch, but I think when it comes down to it, it's got to be Hurley.

Hurley is awesome for sure! He cracks me up. I saw the actor who plays Jack in another movie once and he played this psychopathic-killer-guy. He played that part really well so it's kind of odd for me to see him in his role in "Lost" as this compassionate doctor. I can't quite get my head around that yet because I still see the psycho....lol. I'm not sure yet who is my favourite. I think I like them all for different reasons, especially Charlie.

I always liked Mr Ekko, or whatever he was called. They didn't do terribly much with his character though which always disappointed me.

I know what you mean, I liked him a lot too! And I agree, I suppose when I look back, I half expected him to become what Locke did in the end. Eko had so much potential as a character.

It's the last smiley in the row of buttons, SJ. To the very far right.
So, what did you make of the first season? I'm dying to know!

thanks Tal!
I liked the first season!!! I'm not sure what to make of Locke, though I daresay he's a very complex and interesting character. The flashbacks of him are amazing for showing the kind of man he was and how much the island has changed him in such a short time. I've known other people who have had life-changing experiences like that and it is truly amazing how differently they look at things afterward. I think Locke's character stays very true to that. The others are still fighting against the lessons they were supposed to learn. It's almost painful to watch...lol.

I think the flashbacks and the contrasting view we get of the characters in the present were among my favourite aspects of the show for sure. All this talk just makes me want to watch the whole series again...

Locke was one of my favorite characters from the start, and all the way through he's always kind of an "Is he? Isn't he?" kind of character and I love that the producers leave you guessing at every turn Now SJ, this is where it starts to get really weird

Isn't he?" kind of character and I love that the producers leave you guessing at every turn Now SJ, this is where it starts to get really weird I believe you 'cause it's already starting to get a little weird with the... ... countdown every 108 minutes and all. I can't decide who is right: Locke or Jack. Is it all a big psychology experiment to enter the code every 108 minutes? I half wonder if there's some kind of nuclear reactor underneath the bunker since the key around Jack's neck keeps being drawn toward it. The mysterious "OTHERS" are now coming into it as well. I can't wait until my kids go to bed tonight to find out what happens...lol.
