so yea if it worked you can pick your 2 favorite ways to enjoy fantasy. if it didn't then I don't know how to create a poll lol.
also please remember that I have never really made a poll before. so yeah.

Video games and books. Although there are a couple of fantasy films I like, there are not half as many good ones as there are great games and books about it. Also, when I enjoy a fantasy world and its characters I usually want to spend more time with it/them than just 1-2 hours.

Same for me, really. All the fantasy movies I like are based off of books, so it didn't feel right choosing movies.

I have only ever seen a handful of fantasy movies that I actually liked, and I don't really read many books (let alone fantasy ones) although I'm looking to change that. As for fantasy art, I guess that would be a thing if I saw more of it.
So, yeah, I'm going to go with video games then. Between the Legend of Zelda series, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Child of Light, Dark Souls, Okami, and Ni No Kuni, I think I've got fantasy covered.

The option 'art' makes the others a bit pointless, because if a movie, a book or a game is done right, then it is art. So that's the best way to appreciate fantasy.

I guess. I was going more along traditional art but yea. I only added it in cause I felt like there should be at least one other option.

i chose books 1 and video games 2, HOWEVER my #1 option would have actually been rpg Pnp games had it been available. this poll needed an "other" option

I went for books, but honestly games, art and movies would be close behind. I like them all.

I think art was a good option, as there is plenty of traditional media art out there now, and throughout history that was fantasy and not related to particular books, games or movies. Sometimes an artist who isn't a writer or film maker still portrays fantasy on their own.

I'd go with books and movies. Mainly because most of my favorite fantasy books I've read have become AWESOME movies: Conan, LoTR, a plethora of Cthulhu Mythos adaptations, Golden Compass, Island of Dr Moreau, Princess Bride and a bunch more. And countless other Sci-Fi films based off Clark and PKD and such.

See, I didn't choose movies because the movies are just a visual representation of what I already read.
