Huh...I mean they are not extremely common here....But not super rare either. They definitely do not cost that much though..I think they cost $1,000 give or take...maybe $1,500. I think we got ours for 800 or 900...That was like 8 years ago though.

I guess they never took off as being popular pets here for some reason. The other bird I want is a Sulphur Crested Cockatoo. It's also one of my dream pets haha.

Cockatoos are really nice birds. I wish we had one of those and not the African Grey.

You need a lot of space for a cockatoo. A huge backyard with an outdoor enclosure that's big enough for a human to stand in with plenty of space above their head and room to move around freely. Anything smaller and a cockatoo shouldn't be in it. One day when I have a backyard again I might have one, maybe haha.

Yeah I've seen a few in person, they are way smaller than cockatoos. I think they are very pretty birds.

They are really cute and pretty...but I do not like their attitude I suppose...and every bird is different. and when you are the person the bird likes it is different hahaha.

I have one; my cat Cosmo; but my dad also has a cat, Stryper. I want to get a dog again; but sadly I don't have time to train a puppy right now v.v

Ah, now Petra I'm familiar with too. I wonder if that would make a good name for a pet rock? You know, seeing as Petra means rock. The word. Not the band.
