Well, it's a theory, but it's so crazy that it could even be true! Ha ha. Maybe we'll never really know.

Just came back from the sequel, it was very good, I enjoyed it a lot. Already want to see it again. Just as good as the first.

My son was going to see X-Men with his school but opted to see this one instead. He loved it too. He thought it was better than the first one.

If someone is going to complain that the accents don't match between generations; boo freaking whoo. How about the fact that one one accent in the whole movie is an actually NORSE accent??? Who cares if they don't even match; they are not the right one period.
However, I loved the first movie; I am not huge on dream works when its competition is pixar. However how to train your dragon was great, I loved it.
I just saw the second one yesterday; yes, see it. It is good to. I think I like it just as much as the first one personally.

Ha ha! I wish I could get past the mismatching accents. I really do.
It's good to hear that other people have been enjoying the second as much as the first though. It sounds like they got something right at least!

Like I said; if the accents matter so much; they are the wrong ones.
I know people in Norway and Scandinavia; I have skype mic'ed with them. They do NOT sound Scottish or anything like the adults in the movie.
Try watching Dizy's live Cinderella where the Queen is Whoopie, The king is some white guy who is well known and they have an ASIAN son X.x talk about killing the movie Cinderella.

Even though the accents may not be correct, it doesn't change the fact that when children are raised in a town full of adults all with the same accent, those children don't magically develop their own accent. Whether the accents are Norse or not it doesn't change that fact. You don't raise children with completely different accents to your own. As I said I loved this film but that aspect of it still bothers me.
